Speaker Confidence

Stop watch:

   The most important message a speaker should convey to their audience is “You are safe with me.  I have a great presentation.  I am rehearsed and ready to go.  Sit back and relax –I’ve got this!”    This message comes from confidence.

Remember, your audience is everywhere.  Whether it is an audience   of one or many, your task is to put your best foot forward whenever you speak.   The ability to speak with confidence is the main goal of the SpeechJeannie Rehearsal Methodology. 

Self-confidence in public speaking –   and remember it is all public speaking – whether we are speaking to an audience of one or many – is built step by step through many small victories.  We master communication skills and delivery techniques through dedicated effort.  If we believe that we have unlimited potential, we can work to untap that potential.

  From our audience’s reaction – even that audience of one   – we can gauge our success.  Each success builds confidence.
